Key Responsibilities:
Support local sales and business development activities
Act as the technical expert and advisor to Hotels, Restaurants, and QSRs (Quick Service Restaurants)
Plan and execute innovative product applications, helping operators switch to Pillsbury premixes/creams
Provide culinary support, training, and product demonstrations to sales staff, customizing approaches based on kitchen conditions
Handle product troubleshooting and act as the primary interface for technical queries and issues
Manage data, reporting concise results and status updates
Evaluate new products and provide feedback
Generate new application ideas to boost sales
Qualifications:
Degree in Hotel Management with expertise in Bakery & Confectionery
3-4 years of experience in operations, product development, and managing kitchen operations (as Commissary Chef at a hotel or on a cruise)
Creative mindset with strong training and communication skills
