Qualifications:

PhD in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or Food Technology.
1-2 years of post-PhD experience in research or a technocommercial role.

Responsibilities:

Lead research and development projects focused on new nutraceutical products.
Oversee the formulation and testing of nutraceutical products to ensure safety, efficacy, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, production, and quality control to drive product innovation and improvements.
Provide technical support and expertise to the sales and marketing teams for the promotion of nutraceutical products.
Stay updated with the latest scientific research and market trends in the nutraceutical industry.
Ensure adherence to industry regulations and quality standards in all product development processes.
Develop and maintain relationships with academic and research institutions for potential collaborations.
