Qualifications:
- PhD in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or Food Technology.
- 1-2 years of post-PhD experience in research or a technocommercial role.
Responsibilities:
- Lead research and development projects focused on new nutraceutical products.
- Oversee the formulation and testing of nutraceutical products to ensure safety, efficacy, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, production, and quality control to drive product innovation and improvements.
- Provide technical support and expertise to the sales and marketing teams for the promotion of nutraceutical products.
- Stay updated with the latest scientific research and market trends in the nutraceutical industry.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and quality standards in all product development processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with academic and research institutions for potential collaborations.
