Experience Required: Diploma with 7–13 years (preferably in Automation and Instrumentation & Control)

Are you ready to be part of a new greenfield project with The Coca-Cola Company? We’re looking for technically skilled, self-driven individuals to join a high-performing operations team at our cutting-edge, automated manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Safety First

  • Promote a culture of safety across the plant
  • Conduct BBS observations and report near-miss incidents
  • Eliminate unsafe conditions to achieve Zero Accidents
  • Perform machine safety risk assessments
  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety standards

2. Quality & Compliance

  • Support quality improvements to reach zero-defect targets
  • Ensure adherence to Coca-Cola’s KORE standards
  • Prepare for and support internal/external audits
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records

3. Autonomous Maintenance

  • Conduct 5S, cleaning, lubrication, and minor adjustments
  • Perform first-line maintenance on equipment
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Learn and implement advanced technologies (Robotics, AI, ML)

4. Troubleshooting & Problem Solving

  • Analyze technical issues using tools like 5 Why, Kaizen, and fishbone diagrams
  • Conduct root cause analysis
  • Drive data-backed solutions to recurring challenges

5. Plant Operations

  • Execute process checks and maintain GMP standards
  • Manage packaging materials and inventory
  • Handle ERP/system transactions and forklift operations
  • Use tools like Ignition, MIL for daily operations

6. Operational Excellence & Digitalization

  • Get trained and certified in OE tools
  • Use plant data for decision-making and performance tracking
  • Continuously improve plant performance metrics

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Diploma holders (preferably in Automation and IC)
  • 7–13 years of experience in a highly automated manufacturing setup
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Experience in food or pharma manufacturing preferred
  • Proven ability to work in self-directed teams
