We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Quality to manage overall quality operations of the PET bottling line in a beverage manufacturing environment.
Position Details
- Role: Team Leader – Quality (PET Line – Overall)
- No. of Openings: 1
- Experience: 5–8 Years
- Industry: Beverage (mandatory)
- Line: PET Bottling Line
- Eligibility: Male candidates only
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise quality executives across PET line operations
Ensure in-process, finished goods & packaging quality
Monitor critical quality parameters – Brix, pH, CO₂, fill volume, torque & visual defects
Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSAI & ISO 22000
Handle internal & external audits, CAPA, deviations & customer complaints
Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Warehouse & SCM teams
Maintain quality documentation, MIS, SOPs & trend analysis
Drive continuous improvement and promote a strong quality culture on the shop floor
Qualification
- B.Sc / M.Sc (Food Technology / Microbiology / Chemistry)
OR - BE / Diploma in relevant discipline
- Proven leadership experience in PET beverage bottling plants
