Position: Syrup Room Chemist
Qualification: B.Sc / B.Tech in Food Technology
Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role

Preference:

  • Candidates from the beverage industry preferred
  • Male candidates preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and monitor syrup batches as per company recipes and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of syrup formulation, raw materials, and batch production.
  • Ensure hygiene and sanitation of the syrup room and related equipment.
  • Test and analyze syrup samples to maintain consistent taste, texture, and quality.
  • Coordinate with the Quality Control and Production teams for product consistency.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory of raw materials and assist in maintaining optimum stock levels.
  • Troubleshoot process issues and suggest improvements in formulation or production efficiency.

  • Strong knowledge of beverage formulation and syrup preparation
  • Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance standards
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and process discipline
