What You’ll Do:
As a key member of the Corporate Quality Assurance team, you’ll:
Drive supplier quality improvement programs
Implement and monitor QCMS, HACCP, and food safety standards
Conduct audits, training, and capability-building with suppliers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams – R&D, Procurement, Manufacturing, and more
Ensure compliance with Mondelez global quality expectations
Location: Baddi, Himachal Pradesh
Travel: Up to 70% to supplier sites
Qualifications: BTech/MTech in Food Tech, Dairy, Microbiology, or related fields
Skills: Strong food safety systems knowledge, supplier management, auditing, communication & project leadership
This role supports key product categories: Chocolate, Biscuits, Beverages, Gum & Candy
