1. Paneer Section In-Charge
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the entire paneer production process.
- Ensuring quality control and adherence to food safety standards.
- Managing the team and ensuring efficient workflow.
- Coordinating with other departments for smooth operations.
- Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
2. Paneer Section Operator
Responsibilities:
- Operating machinery used in paneer production.
- Following standard operating procedures and recipes.
- Monitoring the production process to ensure consistency and quality.
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment.
- Assisting in packaging and storage of finished products.
Location: Sunder Foods & Dairy, Vidisha, M.P.
Salary: Based on the interview performance.
