Subject Matter Expert – R&D|HealthKart
Location: Gurugram
Experience: 4–8 Years
Qualification: M.Tech/M.Sc. in Dairy Technology
Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimize formulations for High Protein Milk, Protein Shakes, RTD Beverages, and Functional Dairy Products.
Work with dairy proteins such as MPC, WPC, WP, caseinates, stabilizers, and other functional ingredients.
Optimize UHT processing, homogenization, and product stability.
Lead pilot trials, scale-up, technology transfer, and commercialization.
Collaborate with QA, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Procurement, and Marketing teams to bring innovative products to market.
We’re Looking For: 4–8 years of experience in Dairy Beverage R&D.
Hands-on expertise in dairy proteins, beverage stabilization, and commercial manufacturing.
Proven track record of taking products from concept to commercialization.
