Britannia Industries Limited is hiring a Stores Officer to manage and oversee store and warehouse operations efficiently while ensuring safety, accuracy, and timely material availability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the stores department
• Receive, inspect, and maintain accurate records of incoming materials
• Manage inventory levels and ensure proper organization of materials
• Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill material requests on time
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean workspace
• Use inventory management software to track deliveries, shipments, and stock
• Conduct regular audits, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with procurement to forecast supply needs and prevent shortages
• Train and supervise warehouse staff to build an efficient and positive team

Requirements:
• Proven experience in a similar stores or warehouse role
• Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and safe work practices
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment
• Certification or training in supply chain management is an added advantage
