Location: Hajipur, Bihar
Position: Stores & ERP Executive (Inventory Controller)
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
1️⃣ ERP Inventory Management (RM, PM & FG)
- Track raw materials and packaging material consumption
- Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records of finished goods (FG)
2️⃣ ERP Documentation
- Process Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) for RM/PM/FG
- Manage sales orders within ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP MM Module)
3️⃣ Stock Control & Audits
- Conduct regular physical stock verification
- Monitor minimum/maximum inventory levels
- Reconcile physical stock with ERP records to minimize wastage
4️⃣ Dispatch & Supply Chain / Logistics Coordination
- Manage material receipts from vendors
- Coordinate with production teams and transporters
- Update dispatch records in the ERP system
5️⃣ Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare daily and monthly stock reports
- Maintain compliance documentation
- Ensure proper storage and batch/lot tracking for traceability
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
- 2–5+ years in Inventory / Store / Warehouse Management or Supply Chain
- Preference for candidates from Beverage, Food, or FMCG industry
ERP Knowledge:
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP (MM Module), Tally, or Oracle NetSuite
Technical Skills:
- Strong ERP proficiency
- Advanced MS Excel skills (file linking, multiple formulas, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, large data handling, reporting & analysis)
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Any Graduate)
