Position: Store – Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager (Spices)
Reporting To: Operations Head
Are you experienced in spice inventory management and passionate about food safety? Skylark Foods is hiring a Store Sr. Executive / AM (Spices) to manage spice stock, maintain high quality standards, and ensure proper handling procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain compliance with food safety (HACCP) and quality standards
- Manage spice inventory accurately and efficiently
- Handle and store spices per product-specific requirements
- Conduct regular quality control checks
- Keep precise records of inventory and dispatches
- Ensure regular cleaning and sanitization of storage area
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field
- Experience in inventory management, food storage, or quality control
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards
- Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
- FSSAI certification is a plus
