Open Position:
Role: Sr. Quality Manager – System
Location: Bangalore
Industry Preference: Food & Beverage (Mandatory)
Experience: 15–18 Years
We are looking for strong professionals who are available to join at the earliest and are excited to contribute to a Greenfield project.
Who We’re Looking For:
- 15 –18 years of relevant experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
- Hands-on expertise in process and equipment design, defining success criteria (fit-for-purpose).
- Well-versed in validation protocols, verification techniques, and data analytics.
- Proven experience in setting up new projects, especially within the food industry.
- Experience with Greenfield projects and expansion of processes/products.
Key Responsibilities & Expertise:
- Define and standardize process design criteria for all SBUs.
- Strong knowledge of FSSAI Schedule IV, international GMP standards (PRPs, Codex, etc.).
- Expert in HACCP, risk assessment, and implementation techniques.
- Drive quality systems and compliance excellence across operations.
