Job Description

Sr. Officer, Process Compliance – Manufacturing

As the Senior Officer in Production & Process Compliance, you will ensure compliance with cGMP and GSP standards at CM sites while monitoring shop floor activities. Your role will encompass the following key responsibilities:

Conduct GMP rounds of shop floors, warehouses, and service areas.

Review manufacturing and packaging activities to ensure Herbalife’s requirements are fulfilled.

Verify in-process parameters across powder manufacturing, packaging, granulation, compression, co ating, capsule filing, and tablet/capsule filling.

Provide troubleshooting support to CM during manufacturing and packaging activities.

Design, draft, and review batch documents.

Facilitate and document investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions as per cGMP and business requirements.

Conduct investigations for non-conformances with CMs and Herbalife cross-functional teams.

Support the identification and implementation of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).

Track and ensure timely closure of open investigations and actions.

Compile daily observations and ensure CAPAs are effectively implemented.

Provide regular updates on manufacturing investigations to project teams and clients.

Drive visual management processes to track investigation progress.

Organize cross-functional resources to support investigations, delegating responsibilities as necessary.

Support OpEx team by training CM teams and verifying the effectiveness and sustainability of closed actions.


Education

Graduate in Food Technology, M. Pharmacy, Nutrition Science, or Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience in the food industry.


Skills

Result-oriented with a strong focus on execution.

Team player capable of leading shop floor teams.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.


Experience

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the pharma, nutraceutical, or food industries.

Previous experience in QA or manufacturing functions.
