We Are Hiring – Sr. NPD / R&D Executive
We are looking for a Senior NPD / R&D Executive with 3–4 years of relevant experience in New Product Development / R&D.
Product Experience Required:
- Sauces
- Mayonnaise
- Pickles
- Other condiments
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new products and improve existing formulations
- Conduct lab trials, pilot trials, and scale-up for commercialization
- Ensure product quality, consistency, and cost optimization
- Coordinate with Quality, Production, Procurement, and Marketing teams
- Manage raw material selection and vendor coordination for new products
- Prepare and maintain product documentation, specifications, and SOPs
- Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards
- Support product launches and resolve technical issues during production
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in formulation, trials, and commercialization of the above products.
