Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production & ensure resource optimization
- Drive process improvements & kaizens under UMS pillars
- Ensure quality compliance (GMP, HACCP, FSSAI)
- Collaborate across R&D, Supply Chain, Engineering & more
- Lead digital initiatives & employee engagement programs
- Manage safety, capacity projects, and new product rollouts
Who We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Instrumentation / Mechanical / Food Tech
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a food or ice cream plant
- Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint (Power BI is a plus)
