Are you a results-driven operations leader with a passion for scaling high-quality food production? Wholsum Foods is looking for a Sr. Manager – Production & Manufacturing to lead and streamline operations across our pan-India network of co-manufacturing partners.
What You’ll Do:
Own end-to-end production & dispatch execution
Lead strategic planning aligned with sales & capacity
Ensure quality, compliance, and SOP adherence
Drive continuous improvement in line efficiency and material yield
Collaborate on packaging and artwork execution
Be the single point of contact across internal teams and co-man partners
Who You Are:
8–12 years of experience in FMCG/Food Manufacturing
Hands-on experience managing external co-man setups
Deep knowledge of production planning, food safety & quality audits
Strong communicator, people leader & cross-functional collaborator
Comfortable with travel – Gurgaon (1 week), Manufacturing Sites (2 weeks), Bangalore (1 week)
