Position: Sr. Manager – Plant Operations (FMCG/Food Sector)
Division: Cone Biscuit – Ice Cream
Location: PAN India
Are you an experienced professional from the biscuit or food manufacturing sector with deep expertise in plant operations and production processes?
We’re looking for a seasoned Food Technologist / Production Manager / Plant Head with:
10–15 years of experience in the biscuit or related FMCG food sector
In-depth knowledge of end-to-end plant operations and production management
Proven leadership in scaling and optimizing manufacturing processes
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily plant operations to ensure maximum efficiency, quality, and safety
- Lead the entire production process including planning, scheduling, and resource management
- Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising on product quality
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards (FSSAI/GMP/HACCP)
- Coordinate with R&D and Quality teams for continuous product and process improvement
- Ensure timely maintenance of machinery and minimize downtime
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing production team
- Drive KPIs related to OEE, yield, downtime, and manpower efficiency
