Responsibilities:
- Conducting training sessions for new hires and existing employees to ensure high performance.
- Developing training materials and programs to meet the needs of the organization.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making improvements as needed.
- Providing one-on-one coaching to employees to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborating with management to identify training needs and align them with business objectives.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest training trends and technologies to incorporate into training programs.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations during training sessions.
