Job Opportunity: Sr. Executive – Quality Management System (QMS)

About the Role:
We are looking for a Sr. Executive – Quality Management System (QMS) to join our team at our Unjha facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continually improving the Quality Management System across the entire plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) for the entire plant.
- Ensure compliance with Food Safety, FSSAI, HALAL, Kosher, HACCP, BRC, FDA, and other relevant food safety regulations and customer standards.
- Create, implement, and maintain QMS processes, SOPs, check sheets, and documentation.
- Support and guide other departments to implement and adhere to QMS standards.
- Conduct internal audits to evaluate QMS effectiveness and lead external audits.
- Perform risk assessments and implement preventive controlsto minimize contamination and hazards.
- Ensure traceability of raw materials and finished products.
- Prepare and maintain quality reports, deviation reports, and CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Action) plans.
Qualification & Experience:
- Education: B.Sc. / B.E. / B.Tech in Food Technology.
- Experience: 5–7 years of experience in Quality Management Systems in the Food or Pharma industry.
- Must have hands-on experience in QMS implementation, documentation, and audit compliance.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and certification standards.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and responsible individual who can independently handle QMS for the plant.
