Key Responsibilities:
• Implement GMP, GHP & Food Safety protocols
• Conduct quality checks – RM, in-process, finished goods
• Ensure FSSAI, ISO, HACCP compliance
• Handle internal/external audits & documentation
• Lead RCA & CAPA for complaints/deviations
• Train production teams on quality best practices
Qualifications:
• B.Tech / M.Sc in Food Tech, Microbiology, or related field
• 4–6 years of QA/QC experience (biscuit/FMCG preferred)
• Strong knowledge of lab procedures, regulatory standards & quality tools
