Position:
Sr. Executive / Jr. Manager – MIS & Costing
Desired Profile:
- Strong experience in MIS & Costing with Plant Accounting (mandatory)
- Background in Dairy or FMCG (Edibles, Perishables, or similar) preferred
- Candidates from other manufacturing sectors may also be considered
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
- Experience: 5+ years
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for plant operations
- Analyze production costs, material consumption, and variances
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and finance teams for data consolidation
- Ensure accurate plant accounting, inventory tracking, and reconciliation
- Monitor KPIs related to efficiency, wastage, and cost optimization
- Assist in internal and external audits with relevant reports
- Implement and improve reporting processes for better decision-making
- Maintain SAP data accuracy and support system-related activities
Qualification:
- Graduates / Postgraduates in Commerce or Management
- Semi-qualified / Qualified CMA candidates are welcome
