SR. EXECUTIVE / EXECUTIVE – QA & QC
Location: Snowman Logistics, Taloja MIDC, Navi Mumbai
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, GHP, EMS (FSMS) and Food Safety Management Systems.
- Conduct quality inspections of incoming materials, warehouse operations, storage conditions and finished products.
- Maintain hygiene, quality standards and QA/QC documentation, including SOPs, CAPA and quality records.
- Coordinate product sampling, laboratory testing and audit activities.
- Investigate quality issues and customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
- Train operations teams on food safety and quality practices.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations and Sales to ensure consistent product quality.
QUALIFICATION
- B.Sc. Graduate – Mandatory
- Qualification in Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Life Sciences or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE
Executive: 5–6 Years
Sr. Executive: 8–10 Years
Mandatory: Experience in the Food / Dairy Products industry, preferably dealing with dairy foods, frozen items, etc.
Sr. Executive / Executive – Quality Assurance & Quality Control
DESIRED SKILLS
- Knowledge of Food Safety, FSSAI, HACCP and QA/QC systems
- Strong documentation, analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- ERP knowledge will be an advantage
