Position: Sr. Executive / Executive – Export
Location: Dehgam (Gandhinagar)
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Export (Pre & Post Shipment)
CTC: Up to ₹5.5 LPA (Based on interview & experience)
Gender Preference: Male candidates preferred

Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with overseas agents for pricing, quotations, shipment pickups, ETA & ETD.
- Coordinate with external parties for shipping operations.
- SAP knowledge is mandatory.
- Follow up with clients for new enquiries and quotation finalization.
- Handle import/export/shipping operations efficiently.
- Verify bills from service providers as per quotations/agreements.
- Prepare and present various MIS reports timely.
- Inspect loaded shipment photos and ensure proper lashing/choking instructions.
- Manage pre- & post-shipment export documentation.
- Prepare and verify MIS related to pending orders, advances against PO & Proforma Invoices.
- Follow up on deliveries and vendor bills.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
