Experience: 5-7 Years (Food Manufacturing)
Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech in Food Science & Technology
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager (Quality Assurance) to join our team! If you have 5-7 years of experience in food manufacturing, we want to hear from you.
In this role, you will:
Lead the implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Ensure adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GLP (Good Laboratory Practices)
Oversee quality control processes and lab operations
Manage quality assurance documentation
Provide training on food safety and regulatory compliance
Key Responsibilities:
Implement QMS, manage lab operations, and ensure equipment calibration
Ensure product quality through thorough testing and analysis
Maintain and update quality assurance documentation and records
Provide technical support and training to production teams on regulatory standards and quality issues
