We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to take on a critical role in Vendor Quality Assurance. This is your opportunity to work cross-functionally with R&D, Procurement, QA, and Supply Chain teams to drive compliance and continuous improvement across our vendor network.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct risk-based supplier qualification and audits (on-site & remote)
Develop and manage product and packaging specifications
Monitor vendor performance and manage CAPA
Support regulatory compliance (BRCGS Issue 9, FSSAI, HACCP, etc.)
Collaborate on new product development from a quality perspective
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s (or Master’s preferred) in Food Tech, Microbiology, or Biotechnology
3–5 years of experience in vendor quality, auditing, or specification management
Hands-on experience with BRCGS, Business Central 365, LIMS, or QMS tools
Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
