Role: Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Quality
Education: Graduate / Diploma
Experience: 7-12 Years (Mandatory: Frozen Food Industry)
Salary: Up to ₹10 LPA
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure product & process quality across the plant
- Drive customer satisfaction through quality excellence
- Lead & support new product launches
- Develop & implement plant-wide quality systems, processes & strategies
- Train employees on quality standards & ensure compliance across production lines
