Role Overview:
You’ll take charge of:
- Quality Assurance (QA): Internal audits, hygiene checks, SOP compliance & FSSAI documentation
- Quality Control (QC): Lab testing, raw/in-process/finished goods inspection & CCP monitoring
- New Product Development (NPD): Plant trials, shelf-life studies & seamless QA/QC integration for new SKUs
Ideal Candidate:
- 2–5 years in QA/QC in food or beverage manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of FSSAI, lab testing, and plant quality systems
- Detail-oriented with strong process discipline and problem-solving skills
- Experience in end-to-end quality management
