Are you passionate about food innovation and product development? Schreiber Foods is looking for a Sr. Associate – New Product Development (NPD) to join our R&D team!
Location: Baramati, Maharashtra
Department: Research & Development
Experience Required: 3–6 years in Product Development or Research
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Dairy Technology or Dairy Chemistry
What You’ll Do:
- Lead end-to-end new product development projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for plant trials and product launches.
- Conduct sensory, analytical evaluations, and product benchmarking.
- Handle scale-up from lab to production floor.
- Ensure food safety, HACCP, and quality systems compliance.
What You Bring:
- Expertise in natural & processed cheese technology.
- Strong grasp of food safety, HACCP, and dairy product manufacturing.
- Ability to lead R&D trials and guide technicians.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
