Your Responsibilities
As a key player in our India Cluster Sales team, you will:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from enquiry generation to deal closure and project handover.
- Drive pan-India sales for Food & Beverage technologies, including brewing, distillation, UHT, mixing & blending, fermentation, filtration, and more.
- Achieve targeted annual order intake goals.
- Conduct technology presentations and support pre-bid discussions, post-bid clarifications, and contract negotiations.
- Create compelling techno-commercial proposals tailored to customer needs.
- Engage in business development activities to expand GEA’s footprint in the Food & Beverage sector.
Your Profile
We’re looking for an experienced and driven professional who brings:
- A degree in Chemical Engineering, Dairy Engineering, or Food Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
- 5–10 years of experience in front-line sales or business development in a relevant industry.
- Strong knowledge of process technology and commercial terms.
- Willingness to travel (up to 60%).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- An open-minded, innovative, and customer-focused approach.
