About the Role:
Food Whisperer is looking for a dynamic Site Manager to lead daily operations and uphold the brand’s reputation while ensuring profitability and exceptional customer experiences. This role combines hospitality leadership with strong operational management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Daily Operations: Manage opening/closing procedures, hygiene audits, and facility maintenance.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor outlet staff while managing shift rosters for efficient coverage.
• Customer Experience: Maintain a strong floor presence, handle customer feedback, and ensure premium service standards.
• Financial Management: Achieve sales targets, monitor daily cash reconciliation, and manage outlet P&L.
• Inventory Control:
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to FSSAI standards, health & safety regulations, and local labor laws.
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in Site or Store Management in F&B or Retail.
• Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and MS Excel.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
