is hiring a Shift Officer – Production for its Baramati, Maharashtra location.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage production activities and shift operations
• Ensure people safety, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
• Optimize production output while maintaining desired quality
• Handle manpower and coordinate shop-floor activities
• Manage material flow, inventory, and resource allocation
• Coordinate maintenance activities and production interventions
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives
• Maintain production records, shift logs, and handover activities
• Collaborate with UGP Manager, RDL, maintenance, quality, and other departments
Shift Officer – Production|Ferrero
Required Skills: • Good knowledge of food processing industries
• Strong manpower handling skills on the shop floor
• ISO 22000
• Auditing & 5S
• Process improvement
• Health & Safety
• TPM (AM/PM) knowledge
• Basic computer proficiency
Education & Experience: • BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Food industry experience is mandatory
• 4–8 years of relevant experience
