Key Responsibilities:
Create weekly and daily production plans aligned with demand.
Raise ingredient requests to ensure seamless production flow.
Maintain records for production input, output, wastage, and WIP.
Implement and ensure adherence to GMP and GHP standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes.
Schedule and lead training sessions to improve efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience in managing food production floors.
Expertise in manufacturing line management, planning, and target setting.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel or Google Sheets).
Certifications in GMP, GHP, Six Sigma, and Three Sigma are mandatory.
Additional certifications in HACCP, ISO 9001/22000, 5S are a plus.
Strong attention to detail, discipline, and excellent leadership skills.
