Job Opportunity: Shift Incharge – Food Technology at Wellversed

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Shift Incharge to join our team at Wellversed, where we are committed to helping individuals achieve optimal wellness through our nutrition brands. This role involves overseeing the production floor, ensuring smooth operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Create weekly and daily production plans based on demand.
Raise ingredient requests and collaborate with the sourcing team to fulfill production needs.
Ensure hygiene, floor maintenance, and machinery upkeep through checklists.
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly records of production input, output, wastage, and WIP.
Follow R&D processes to ensure product quality.
Enforce GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GHP (Good Hygiene Practices) on the production floor.
Work with teams in Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and more to optimize production.
Plan and lead training sessions to enhance workforce efficiency.
Implement inventory management best practices, including FIFO and inventory aging in the warehouse.
Experience & Skills:
Minimum 3 years of experience in food manufacturing floor management.
Strong background in manufacturing line management, planning, and target setting.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel or Google Sheets.
Certifications in Three Sigma, Six Sigma, GHP, and GMP are mandatory.
Additional certifications in HACCP, 5S, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and auditor training are a plus.
Strong discipline, attention to detail, and excellent manpower handling skills.
