Shift Incharge (Food Technology) at Wellversed
Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India
About the Role: Wellversed is looking for a dedicated Shift Incharge in Food Technology to manage the production floor and ensure optimal production processes. The ideal candidate will oversee production planning, ensure product quality, and lead cross-functional collaborations. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, effective manpower management, and the ability to uphold Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP).
Key Responsibilities:
Develop weekly and daily production plans as per demand.
Request ingredients from the sourcing team and ensure smooth production flow.
Maintain records of production inputs, outputs, wastage, and work-in-progress.
Ensure GMP and GHP compliance on the production floor.
Collaborate with teams from Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and other departments.
Lead training sessions for staff to maximize production efficiency.
Implement inventory management best practices such as FIFO and inven tory aging.
Required Experience and Skills:
Minimum 1 year of experience in food manufacturing and production floor management.
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Google Sheets).
Certification in Six Sigma, Three Sigma, GMP, and GHP.
Preference for HACCP, 5S, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and Auditor’s Training.
Excellent skills in task delegation and manpower handling.
