Role: Shift Incharge
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and m anage day-to-day shift operations
- Handle and guide team members to achieve daily targets
- Ensure smooth warehouse / retail operations
- Monitor attendance and shift scheduling
- Maintain discipline and productivity on the floor
- Coordinate with operations and management teams
- Ensure proper stock handling and inventory accuracy
- Prepare basic reports using computer systems
Eligibility:
Male & Female both can apply
Good team handling skills
Basic computer knowledge
Experience in warehouse / retail / operations preferred
Immediate joiners preferred
Salary:
₹20,000 – ₹1,25,000 CTC
