We’re Hiring: Shift Executive (Ice Cream Plant)
Heritage Foods Ltd. is looking for a skilled and dedicated Shift Executive for our Ice Cream Plant at the Uppal location.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 2 to 6 years in the dairy industry, with at least 1 year in ice cream production.
- Education: Degree in Food Technology or Dairy Technology.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the ice cream production process.
- Ensure the production process adheres to quality standards and safety regulations.
- Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery to ensure smooth operations.
- Lead and supervise a team of operators to meet production targets and schedules.
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Ensure inventory control and manage raw material usage efficiently.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality control teams to ensure the highest standards of product quality.
