Position: Senior Sales Manager
Locations: Western and Eastern Uttar Pradesh
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in assigned regions.
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient oper ations and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on market trends to inform sales strategies.
- Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and support to the sales team.
