Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology / Food Processing
- Preferred institutes: NIFTEM, CFTRI, ICT Mumbai, IIFPT, DFRL, GCT, AAU Anand, NDRI, BHU, HBTU, PAU, UAS, SHUATS, GBPUAT, or other reputed Food Tech colleges.
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years in a similar role within Dehydrated Vegetables, Spices & Seasonings, or related industries.
Salary
- Based on interview performance and last drawn salary.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality checks for raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
- Maintain SOPs, QA records, and all audit documentation.
- Handle customer audits, third-party audits, and certifications.
- Monitor CCPs, hygiene standards, and sanitation practices on the production floor.
- Address customer complaints and implement CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions).
