Senior Quality Executive|iD Fresh Food
Role Overview
As a Senior Quality Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring food safety, quality compliance, and process excellence across operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect raw materials and packaging for quality compliance
- Perform in-process and finished goods quality checks
- Implement and update quality control systems & SOPs
- Investigate quality deviations and customer complaints using RCA
- Maintain documentation for audits and certifications
- Coordinate with production and sanitation teams
- Validate cleaning processes and environmental monitoring
- Prepare and present quality reports to plant leadership
- Train line staff on quality and hygiene protocols
- Support product traceability and recall procedures
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or related field
- 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance (FMCG/Food Industry)
- Knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP, ISO and food safety standards
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
