Position: Senior Quality Controller
Location: Ernakulam
Experience: 4–8 Years
Qualification: MSc/BSc in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, or Microbiology
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
Conduct regular inspections and audits of raw materials, production, and finished products
Implement and maintain HACCP, FSSAI, and other relevant standards
Lead a team of quality analysts and provide necessary training
Investigate quality issues and coordinate corrective actions
Maintain proper documentation for all quality-related processes
Collaborate with production and R&D teams for continuous improvement
