HS HOS Global Foods (House of Spices) is looking for a passionate and experienced Senior FSQA Specialist to join our growing quality team.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure food safety & quality systems across co-packers and suppliers
- Implement and verify HACCP/HARPC, GMPs, sanitation & pest control programs
- Manage shelf-life studies, allergen control, mock recalls & traceability
- Conduct quality audits for suppliers and third-party manufacturers
- Lead investigations, CAPA, complaint analysis & continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, HOS, organic & kosher requirements

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Food Science / Food Technology
- Experience handling 3P operations
- Strong knowledge of lab analysis techniques & sensory evaluation
- Familiar with GFSI, US FDA, FSMA standards
- Lead Auditor (GFSI) / PCQI certification preferred
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel as required
