We’re looking for a Senior Quality Associate / Lead – Last Mile Distribution Center to join our team at Country Delight.
Location: Last Mile Distribution Centers
Department: Quality Assurance & Operations
Reporting To: Quality Manager – Last Mile
Who we’re looking for:
- Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, or a related field (Food Science, Microbiology, or Quality Management backgrounds are also welcome).
- Experience: 3–5 years in Quality Assurance, Food Safety, Dairy/Food Processing, or Distribution Center Operations.
- Working knowledge of QMS, cold chain operations, audits, root cause analysis (RCA), and c orrective action management.
- Preferred certifications: FSSAI, ISO 22000, or HACCP.
