If you have experience in QA/QC within the FMCG sector and a solid understanding of HORECA products, we’d love to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee quality control for raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
- Conduct internal audits, inspections, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Develop SOPs, quality documentation, and maintain industry-standard records.
- Lead investig ations, manage customer complaints, and implement CAPA.
- Ensure hygiene, GMP compliance, and conduct team training on food safety.
- Collaborate with suppliers to maintain material quality standards.
- Support external audits (BRCGS, FSSC 22000, ISO).
- Supervise product testing (chemical, microbiological, sensory evaluations).
