We Are Hiring! – Senior Production Manager (Ice-Cream Division)
Location: Bhopal
Ramani Ice-Cream Co. Ltd. is looking for a highly experienced and performance-driven Senior Production Manager to lead and optimize our plant operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end production operations to ensure efficiency and quality
- Develop and execute production plans, schedules, and resource allocation
- Monitor process control parameters to maintain product quality and consistency
- Manage and mentor the production team & workforce to enhance productivity
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams for smooth operations
- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory compliance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce costs
- Manage inventory, raw material planning, and production reports
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly
- Lead large-scale production unitswith a focus on performance improvement
Requirements:
10–15 years of experience in Production
Experience in Ice-Cream / Dairy / Frozen FMCG industry preferred
Strong understanding of production planning and operations
Hands-on experience in manpower handling, process control & plant management
Ability to lead and streamline large-scale production units
