Location: Shrirampur, Maharashtra
Department: Production – Cotton Cake
Reporting to: Works Manager / Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily production operations
- Drive process optimization, cost control, and efficiency
- Lead production teams and ensure quality & safety compliance
- Collaborate with quality control, logistics, and maintenance teams
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Production Management (Master’s preferred)
- 7–10 years of production management experience in food/agriculture/manufacturing
- Strong leadership, planning, and analytical skills
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and quality systems
