McCormick & Company is hiring for the position of Senior Product Development Technologist – Wet Food in Haryana, India.
This role is ideal for professionals passionate about food innovation, product development, and commercialization of wet retorted products such as sauces, gravies, and ready-to-eat solutions.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end development of wet retorted products from concept to commercialization. • Drive new product development (NPD) projects with a focus on quality, safety, and cost optimization. • Collaborate with customers through technical presentations, product demonstrations, and innovation discussions. • Develop product specifications, nutritional data, labeling, and packaging requirements. • Support HACCP, GMP, HALAL, and food safety compliance initiatives. • Lead technology transfer, scale-up activities, production trials, and commercial launches.
Requirements: B.Sc. in Food Science/Technology, Food Engineering, Chemistry, or related field. 6–8 years of experience in product development. HACCP, GMP certifications, and food safety training preferred.
