Are you a qualified B.Tech in Food Technology or Dairy from a reputed institute? Do you have 1–4 years of experience in the Dairy Industry? This could be your next big move!
What You’ll Do
Manage plant operations, resources & people to drive performance
Ensure smooth execution of production plans
Uphold Nestlé’s world-class standards in quality, safety & compliance
Lead cost-effective operations without compromising safety or sustainability
Leverage systems for data-driven decision making
Drive continuous improvement and technical excellence
Coach and develop teams under the MBU (Manufacturing Business Unit) concept

What You Bring
Strong understanding of manufacturing & packaging operations
Knowledge of cost drivers and compliance standards (HACCP, ISO, GMP)
Skills in data analysis, system usage, and team leadership
A safety-first mindset with excellent communication skills
Working knowledge of manufacturing systems and computer tools
Location: Moga, Punjab, India
Qualification: B.Tech (Food Tech / Dairy)
Experience: 1–4 years in the Dairy industry
