At LoFoods, we’re reimagining the way India eats — low-carb, diabetic-friendly, high-protein, and gluten-free. As we build Lo Foods 2.0, we’re looking for a Senior NPD professional to lead the charge in our next wave of functional food innovation.
What we’re looking for:
4-8 years of hands-on experience in developing clean-label, functional foods (think: high-protein, low-GI, diabetic-safe).
Strong grasp of FSSAI regulations
Expertise in ingredient functionality, shelf-life, and sensory science.
Background in Food Tech / Nutrition Science / Applied Sciences.
A scientific thinker with a startup doer mindset.
You’ll work across teams to take products from lab to launch
