Job Opportunity: Senior Manager, SC QC at PepsiCo – Patiala, Punjab, India
PepsiCo is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager for Supply Chain Quality & Food Safety (SC QC) at our Channo COSO manufacturing site. This critical role will provide technical leadership in Quality & Food Safety (Q&FS) to ensure the highest standards are met, in line with PepsiCo’s global policies and India Business Unit strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Q&FS strategic plans for the site.
- Ensure full understanding and implementation of food safety policies and best practices.
- Provide expert support for safe processes and products.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts and maintain compliance with HACCP and PepsiCo’s Global Food Safety Standards.
- Build and nurture a Q&FS culture that delivers sustainable quality performance.
- Oversee traceability of ingredients and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI requirements as the nominee for FSSAI Plant and WH.
- Lead Q&FS training and capability building programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, or Dairy Technology.
- 10-12 years of experience in the food industry, with 3-4 years in Q&FS management.
- Lead Auditor certification in food safety management systems (ISO 22000, FSSC 22000) preferred.
